Within the last few days we’ve seen the new release of David Haye’s Knockout on iOS, which now takes the latest version to 2.0. During the last week the boxing app hit the number one spot on the App Store charts, although while looking today we can see it has slipped a few places.
The game has been re-launched with a few enhancements, which include more crisp Retina graphics and a complete design overall. Those of you that have downloaded the app will know you play as boxer David “The Hayemaker” Haye, and take on some of the biggest heavyweight opponents in boxing. We’ve included a video below this article, which shows some gameplay from the latest version.
David Haye’s Knockout 2.0 has been rated over 4.5 stars on the official iTunes page, although the cartoon type graphics will not be for everyone. If you can get past the graphics then you’ll love the taunts, and the gameplay that immerses you after playing for a little while.
Version 2.0 is an improvement in all areas, but is it good enough for you? Share a comment and watch the gameplay below. The app is currently priced at $0.99 for iPod touch, iPad, and of course iPhone.
